A fairly stress-free Winter and Spring. On the other hand, it was a very sunny and dry Summer, with thunderstorms and hail not far off! The harvest required a lot of work from us, with a team that was always on the lookout and mobilised: more than 300 samples were taken to harvest each plot at the right time.

A rose-gold color with numerous golden flecks

This wine promises a great terroir rosé wine. The aromatic bouquet is both rich and elegant. Initial mineral and iodine notes, reminiscent of the estate’s seaside location, give way to delicate scents of peppery rose, lychee and candied citrus. Refined touches of sweet spices like vanilla and cardamom complete the profile.

The palate is consistent with the nose, offering finesse and delicacy from the very first sip. The balance is perfect between mineral freshness, salinity and volume, fullness and richness. The full-bodied, fruity finish lingers and is refreshingly mineral with hints of citrus zest.

Smooth as satin or cotton percale

In a peaceful living room, caressed by the clarity at the end of the day. Yet a fine gourmet event is in the making. The promise of a remarkable memory.

With shellfish: langoustines à la nage, crab or spider crab; or even more subtly, a sea urchin brouillade in its shell.
