- Our wines are best enjoyed in the right conditions. Keeping and serving a rosé at the right temperature can make all the difference.
- How to store rosé wines?
- It all depends on the rosé!
- Some of our rosé wines are vinified to be supple, light, fresh and fruity. These rosés, mostly drunk in summer, are above all “pleasurable”, festive wines. Their aromatic expression is fruity, refreshing and crisp. They should be drunk young, from the vintage of that year. They can’t wait!
- Other rosés are vinified like white wines, except that they are made from red-skinned grapes. In this case, we use strict practices such as plot selection, low yields, press selection, ageing on lees or in barrels… These wines can age 3 or even 5 years, and why not more! Our Première and Confidentielle cuvées improve with a few years, Pionnière even more!
