This summer, the “Soirées Nouvelle Vague” concept makes its grand debut! Starting June 8, L’Assiette, the restaurant at Domaine Figuière, transforms its terrace into a festive open-air stage for a series of unique evenings.
Share warm, vibrant moments to the rhythm of live music and DJ sets, while enjoying delicious tapas and the estate’s fine wines. Each evening brings its own original theme, making every night a one-of-a-kind experience.

L’Assiette is the restaurant of Domaine Figuière, located at 605 route de Saint Honoré, 83250 La Londe Les Maures.
It is open Thursday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and Sunday for lunch from April to June, then Tuesday to Saturday for dinner during the summer season.
This is a family-run table led by Chef Sébastien Liégeard, cousin of the Combard family.
In both the kitchen and the vineyard, ingredient quality always comes first. Each dish is crafted around a key ingredient, drawing on local or international culinary influences. Sébastien finds inspiration while evolving with the rhythm of the seasons.
An authentic waltz of surprises and flavors—always accompanied by tailored wine pairings that highlight the Domaine’s best bottles.
