A family table

The pleasures of the table to accentuate wine: this is the Combard family credo. Epicurean and sunny, L’Assiette Figuière is just like them. In the kitchen, Sébastien, our first cousin, lovingly concocts the dishes. Emma, his partner, greets each guest with a smile. Here, you’ll feel right at home.

Fresh ingredients

Behind the stove, as in the vineyard, the quality of ingredients is the key word at L’Assiette. Each dish has its own star product and culinary escape. From local to foreign influences, according to Sébastien’s inspiration, in search of flavour, with taste!

Seasonal creations

On the slate, nature sets the tone. According to the market and the seasons. Fish, meat, seafood, vegetables and raw vegetables are all waiting to be featured in the kitchen or on the grill, built on an old outdoor forge grill. The promise of tasty dishes to share.

A Provencal setting

A terrace shaded by eucalyptus and arbutus trees. A sea of vines meets the blue sky. And calm everywhere. Here, for an aperitif or a meal, you can enjoy subtle food and wine pairings. But above all, the purest Mediterranean art of living. A sensorial disconnect.
